What is the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY)?
DDJAY is an affordable plotted housing policy launched by the Haryana Government in 2016. It allows licensed developers to create small, well-planned plotted colonies in growing towns so that families can own land and build their own home at a reasonable cost.

How much do I need to pay to register?
Registration is ₹21,000. If your application is not successful in the allotment, the registration amount is refunded in full within 30 days.
What is the payment schedule?
10% of the cost is payable within 5 days of allotment (registration amount adjusted), 20% within 30 days, and the remaining 70% under a construction-linked plan. Bank loans are available on the 20% and 70% stages.
Are the plots freehold and HRERA registered?
