Refund Policy

Registration amount

The ₹21,000 registration amount is paid directly to the developer as part of the application process.

Unsuccessful applicants

If your application is not successful in the allotment, the developer refunds the full registration amount within 30 days, as per the scheme terms.

Withdrawal & cancellation

Refunds on withdrawal or cancellation after allotment are governed by the developer allotment letter, builder buyer agreement and applicable HRERA rules. Deductions, if any, will be as per those documents.

Mode of refund

Refunds are processed by the developer to the original bank account or payee used for payment.

Our role

As an advisory website we do not hold any customer funds, but our team will gladly help you follow up with the developer on refund queries.
